1. We accept consumers' complaints about the brand and investigate the complaints. Regarding quality and services problem, consumers are required to return to its original merchant first. Based on unsuccessfully return proof and certain requirements, we will compensate accordingly.
2. We will cancel membership of SuperBrand that contradicts with consumers' rights and interests.
3. Supervise various brands behaviors and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, aiming to guide consumers in making right purchase decisions.
For Brands:
1. We will assist brands in expanding overseas markets, build brand reputation, and increase brand awareness
2. We offer brand health analysis, social media monitoring, and multilingual videos creation, etc. to integrate our brands and audiences.

How the SuperBrand Seal of Approval Protects You?
WE PROMISE This is SuperBrand's LIMITED WARRANTY: If any product that bears our limited warranty Seal proves to be defective within two years from the date it was first sold to a consumer by an authorized retailer, SuperBrand will refund the purchase price or $1,000, whichever is less or, at SuperBrand's sole discretion, repair or replace the product. This policy covers you, the consumer, whether you bought the product or it was given to you (by the buyer). Products that bear the SuperBrand Seal of Approval have been assessed by SuperBrand in accordance with SuperBrand's assessment criteria and are also subject to the limited warranty if proven to be defective.
WHAT TO DO If you believe such a defect exists, download the complaint form, fill it in and send it to SuperBrand or you can complete our online complaint form through our site. The form asks you to describe the product and please inform us of any many details as possible. You should tell us where and when it was bought, the price paid, and the problem you met. You will be required to provide a receipt. You may be asked to ship the product to us at your own expense. If that is not possible because of size or installation, our representative may call you and inspect the product. If the product is defective, we will refund the purchase price or $1,000 whichever is less, or at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
